The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Warranty Service Manager to lead our New Construction
Warranty Service Department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows
the trade, knows how to manage people, and wants to help build something bigger. For the
right person, there’s real potential to grow this department into a full paid-service division
down the road.

What You’ll Do

• Support Service Techs in the field — helping them spot problems early and work through solutions
• Review and optimize daily/weekly schedules to keep routes efficient
• Step in to de-escalate situations with homeowners who are frustrated during the warranty process
• Serve as the primary point of contact with builders’ New Construction Warranty departments
• Train, mentor, and develop techs — helping newer team members grow into senior-level roles
• Manage a team with a range of personalities and experience levels, keeping the department running smoothly
• Stay current on field technology, tools, and refrigerant standards, including R-454B transition requirements

What You Bring

• 10+ years of HVAC experience, including field and leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple people and personalities effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
• Working knowledge of R-454B and current refrigerant/technology standards in the field
• Customer service instincts — calm, clear, and solution-focused with homeowners
• Experience with or strong understanding of new construction warranty processes
• Ambition and interest in helping build and grow a service department long-term

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000/year, based on experience
