Build the future of high-performance car wash systems.
We are seeking a skilled Car Wash Express Tunnel Installer to join our installation team. In this role, you'll install, assemble, and commission state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash systems for commercial customers. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, traveling to project sites, and seeing large projects come to life, we'd love to meet you.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in mechanical installation, construction, industrial equipment installation, electrical work, or skilled trades.
Responsibilities
- Install express tunnel car wash equipment according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
- Assemble conveyor systems, arches, dryers, vacuums, pumps, chemical delivery systems, and support equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
- Install structural steel, brackets, equipment mounts, and mechanical components.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic connections.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, forklifts, lifts, and other construction equipment safely.
- Perform equipment testing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and final commissioning.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Travel to customer locations for installations throughout the region or nationally.
Qualifications
- Experience installing industrial, mechanical, or commercial equipment preferred.
- Construction, HVAC, conveyor, electrical, plumbing, millwright, or automation experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot installation issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
