Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Maintenance Technician to join our team!You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Part-time, work at your own schedule. Independent contractor. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Track time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Overseework performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, or other related fields Familiarity withmaintenancetools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description Growing historic real estate development company.
