Group Facilitator

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups for clients in our eating disorder treatment programs. In this role, you will co-facilitate evidence-based, recovery-focused groups, support individualized treatment goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will document sessions, monitor client engagement, and promote a safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive environment. Facilitate and co-facilitate structured therapeutic groups for eating disorder clients Implement evidence-based group interventions aligned with individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely group documentation in accordance with policy and regulation Monitor client engagement, safety, and progress during groups, escalating concerns as needed Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, nurses, and other team members on client care Support a trauma-informed, inclusive, and recovery-focused milieu Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training Educate clients on coping skills, relapse prevention, and healthy behaviors Group therapy facilitation Clinical documentation Treatment planning support Knowledge of eating disorders and co-occurring conditions Crisis de-escalation skills Trauma-informed care practices Active listening and motivational interviewing Interdisciplinary team collaboration HIPAA and confidentiality compliance Basic computer and EMR proficiency Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC) preferred Certification or formal training in group therapy or counseling preferred Training in eating disorder treatment or related specialty strongly preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification often required Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards Trauma-informed care training preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr iaedp
