Full-Time Teller

Role Description The Full‑Time Teller role is an on‑site position located in San Angelo, TX. The Teller is responsible for accurately processing a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and account inquiries. This role includes balancing a cash drawer daily, verifying identification, following bank policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards. The Teller provides courteous, professional service, answers customer questions, and refers customers to other bank services when appropriate. Additional duties may include assisting with ATM deposits, handling night drop transactions, and supporting branch operations as needed. Qualifications Cash handling and basic math skills, with the ability to balance transactions and maintain accurate records. Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers. Attention to detail and organizational skills to follow procedures and comply with banking regulations. Comfort with computers and point‑of‑sale or teller systems; ability to learn new banking software. Ability to work on‑site full‑time in San Angelo, TX, including consistent punctuality and reliability. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in banking, retail, or cash‑handling environments is beneficial. Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to protecting customer information and financial assets.
