You'll provide executive leadership across regional operations, guiding business strategy, financial performance, operational excellence and long-term growth. Desired Skills and Experience 15+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC Executive leadership experience overseeing regional operations, multiple business units or large commercial construction organizations Proven success driving business growth, operational performance and long-term client relationships Strong P&L management, strategic planning and executive decision-making experience Demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing leaders and build exceptional teams Competitive executive compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $275,000 to $405,000 , annual performance bonus opportunity, employee ownership (ESOP), long-term incentive potential, 401(k), comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.
