FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full time FLOOR TECHNICIAN position. Location: Texas Scottish Rite Hospital - 5700 Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am. Further details upon interview. Requirement: Prior floor care experience preferred. Perks: Willing to train! Fixed Pay Range: $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment Utilize automated equipment for cleaning of large areas of floor surface Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs Benefits Full-time and part-time positions offer benefits including Retirement Plan, Health and Wellness Programs, and other voluntary benefits Full-time positions also offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and other benefits Associates may be eligible for paid or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable laws.
