Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Virginia Beach. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring that patients achieve optimal recovery and functional independence. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services within a supportive clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 2+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the state of Virginia; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the staffing agency or the organization is highly desired; experience working with diverse outpatient populations.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and maintains accurate medical records. Participates in student educational programs, pursuing ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
