Quality Engineer

Quality EngineerTalento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Engineer in the Bluffton, Indiana area. This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift. This is a fully onsite position.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain and oversee quality standards for the plantLead audits for the facilityPerform first piece inspectionsOperate CMM equipment and use other precision measuring instrumentsPerform calibrations on gagesRead blueprints and GD&T to determine product specificationsPerform reportingExperience Needed:At least 3 years of quality engineering experience in a CNC machining environmentBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fieldExperience with CMM is preferredExperienced with GD&T, ISO 9001, IATF, and PPAPExperience measuring tight tolerancesAbout Talento Search Group: Talento Search Group is an executive-search firm servicing the manufacturing and logistics companies nationwide.
