As a Site Supervisor, you'll be a key player in overseeing construction projects and making sure they're done on time and within budget. What You'll Do Every Day:
- Run and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Work with subcontractors and vendors to get materials on time
- Check work sites to make sure they meet safety rules
- Look over blueprints and specs
- Estimate project costs and make budgets
Skills You Need:
- Experience in construction management
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Good at preventive maintenance and general repair
- Great communication and leadership skills
Skills That Would Be Nice to Have:
- OSHA certification
- Experience minimum 5 Years in Ground Up Projects
- Background in engineering, architecture or construction managemenet
- Know-how in procurement and quality control processes
- Experience with inspections and specs
Salary:
- Minimum Salary: $73,630.00
- Maximum Salary: $95,000.00
