- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers can thrive
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and learning
- Support childrens social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
- Observe and track milestones, celebrating each childs progress
- Maintain a structured yet playful daily routine
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Positive, patient, and nurturing personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 90+ college credits toward Early Childhood Education (currently enrolled), OR
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, OR
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Supportive, team-first culture where youre never on your own
