Lead Coordinator - Document Management

The Lead Coordinator supports the daily operations of the document management department by coordinating workflows, monitoring document processing activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This position serves as a liaison between team members and internal business partners, helping maintain operational excellence, improve processes, and support team productivity. In this leadership-focused role, you'll serve as a key resource for team members, support daily workflow management, collaborate with Corporate Sales Support and Closing teams, and help ensure critical documents are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, administrative experience, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
