Join our dynamic team as a Repair Technician in a PCB manufacturing environment. You will work on rejected boards, following a computer system to identify and rectify issues by installing correct components. This position involves soldering for the majority of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Work on rejected PCB boards to identify and fix issues.
• Utilize a computer system to remove defective areas on the board.
• Install the correct components to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform soldering tasks for approximately 80% of the workday.
• Maintain accurate documentation using a computer.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in soldering.
• At least 1 year of experience in electronics.
• Proficient in computer documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and debugging.
• Experience/knowledge in iPhone repair or similar tasks, such as screen replacements, is beneficial.

Work Environment

The role offers 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) opportunities with over 20 openings. The facility is very clean, featuring new machinery to support your work.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00/yr. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
