Product Owner (Client Onboarding)

Job Description We are seeking a Product Owner with 5+ years of experience to support the intake, triage, investigation, and resolution of application issues across multiple business and technology teams. This role will work closely with the Product Owner and may interact with development teams. The focus is on Client onboarding documentation (document portal) and product onboarding (e.g., wires, account openings, KYC). The ideal candidate will act as the first point of analysis for reported defects, assessing impact and severity, gathering missing information, developing root‑cause hypotheses, and coordinating with engineering and support teams to drive resolution. Strong analytical and communication skills, a structured approach to defect management, and experience managing work through Jira and Kanban boards are required. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements 5+ years’ experience — Background in client onboarding, application support, QA, BA, or defect management Experience reviewing, receiving, and triaging defects and support requests via email, and inputting them into Jira for ticketing and tracking Deep understanding of Jira and Kanban boards for story writing Skilled at prioritization of issues based on impact (e.g., 10 people vs. thousands) Defect triage skills — Ability to assess severity, priority, and business impact Financial services background— exposure to wires, account openings, KYC, or similar workflows Root‑cause analysis — strong troubleshooting and investigation capabilities Agile delivery experience — comfortable working within Agile teams Cross‑team communication — clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical groups Experience with Jira's "Robo" feature for story writing Experience with client onboarding in any of those areas Experience with financial services onboarding (KYC, account openings, wires, ACH, EFT) #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
