Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Success will drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth while ensuring alignment with business objectives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to foster a customer-centric culture and achieve service excellence Implement customer success strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Oversee the development of strong customer relationships, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring customer needs are met Required qualifications Proven leadership experience in customer success or account management, typically 10-12 years Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in leadership or customer experience preferred Strong understanding of the services industry and customer success management Demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives Strong communication skills for effective engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
