This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering value-driven solutions.If you thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and want to represent an industry leader, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do as a PSSRAs a Product Support Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving parts and service revenue while building long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop new business and establish new customer accountsManage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship buildingPerform equipment inspections and recommend service and repair solutionsPromote and sell parts and service offerings to maximize customer uptimeGenerate quotes, proposals, and follow through to close sales opportunitiesMeet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metricsMaintain strong customer satisfaction through responsiveness and service excellenceStay current on product knowledge and participate in ongoing professional developmentUtilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activityWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts and servicePrevious outside sales experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to assess equipment needsExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territoryPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a mechanical/technical field (or equivalent work experience)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferredWhat Success Looks Like:Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targetsBuilding long-term, trusted customer relationshipsIdentifying service opportunities that increase equipment uptimeRepresenting Mustang Cat as a professional and trusted partner in the fieldCheck out the Mustang Cat Anthem to see our mission in action!
