Production & Shop Support Coordinator

Anatech Electronics Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production & Shop Support Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in electronics manufacturing, production operations, and hands-on shop support. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable balancing both administrative and production-related responsibilities.

In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production schedules, tracking customer orders, and assisting with shop floor activities. You will review incoming orders, monitor production progress, communicate with purchasing regarding material availability, and help ensure projects are completed on time. In addition, you will assist with quality inspections, paperwork processing, hardware assembly, and general shop support tasks that contribute to efficient workflow and successful production outcomes.

Responsibilities include reviewing and entering customer orders into production schedules, coordinating priorities with shop personnel, tracking work orders through production, maintaining accurate ERP records, generating production reports, and participating in production planning meetings. On the shop floor, you will inspect production parts for quality and accuracy, work with small electronic components, perform basic assembly and gluing tasks, install screws, nuts, and other hardware, process production documentation, and assist with general manufacturing operations as needed.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in a manufacturing environment, production planning, scheduling, or ERP systems is helpful but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
