Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) - Excelsior Springs, MO

12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) , you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while ensuring a safe and dignified environment. Your expertise and empathy will make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including medications, treatments, and wound care
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct periodic assessments and updates to care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and customer service

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
Experience in a long-term care, senior living or related field
Current CPR certification
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
