Sale Representative (Future Sales Manager)

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Conduct cold walk-ins and field visits to businesses
Identify and qualify potential clients
Gather contact information and on-sire details to facilitate quoting and follow-ups
Learn and prepare to lead a sales team in the near future.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Self-starter with drive to exceed goals.
Leadership potential and interest in management.
Fire protection experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Compensation & Growth:

Salary structure: Base+Commission
On target earnings: $60k–$70k
Substantial earning potential as business grows.
Clear path to Sales Manager with department leadership opportunities.
