Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager at NetGain, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders. Your role is to build strong relationships, understand client goals, coordinate the right internal resources, and ensure our clients receive exceptional value from their partnership with NetGain.You do not need to be an engineer. Our technical experts provide the technical depth. Your focus is understanding the client's business, facilitating solutions, and helping clients achieve their goals through technology.


Key Responsibilities

• Build Trusted Client Relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Maintain a regular cadence of communication to understand client goals, challenges, and overall satisfaction.
• Guide the Client Journey
• Lead client onboarding and manage the overall client experience from implementation through renewal.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure clients receive timely support and exceptional service.
• Drive Strategic Business Reviews
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and help clients align technology investments with business objectives.
• Partner with NetGain's technical experts to develop technology roadmaps and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion Client Success
• Advocate for clients across NetGain by collaborating with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Support issue resolution, promote client retention, and identify opportunities for additional services when they provide value to the client.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing client relationships, strategic accounts, customer success programs, or business portfolios.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business owners and executives.
• Ability to build trust, resolve concerns, and coordinate solutions across multiple teams.
• Technology experience is helpful but not required. We will teach the technical side; you bring the relationship-building and business acumen.
