Restaurant Manager – Premium Pizza & Counter Service – Braintree, MA

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, tasked with delivering solutions that optimize profitability, enhance team performance, and maintain our rigorous standard of hospitality. With a strong promote-from-within culture, this position serves as a direct stepping stone to multi-unit leadership and executive roles.

What You Will Do:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and service is consistently provided to our guests.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff. Create a productive, respectful, and fast-paced environment where team members can thrive.
• Financial & Inventory Management: Manage labor and paper costs, monitor inventory levels, and execute purchases in accordance with established budgets.
• Quality Control: Cook and prepare menu items as needed, ensuring strict compliance with established food quality, preparation, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Compliance & Administration: Prepare personnel records, manage shift assignments, and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations (including ADA and FMLA standards).
• Brand Ambassadorship: Drive local sales through effective shift execution, marketing plans, and positive guest relations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience within the restaurant or retail industry.
• A comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the highest degree of integrity.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
