Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Location: Irvine, CA | Pay: $27–$40/hour (based on experience) | Job Type: Part-time 20-30 hours (with growth potential)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career under the guidance of a supervising SLP while being part of a clinic that’s building for the future.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric clients under SLP supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs

• Collect data and track client progress

• Document session notes during paid time embedded in your schedule

• Communicate with families and caregivers professionally and supportively

• Join team trainings and meetings to keep learning and growing
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Must have active California SLPA license

• Associate’s degree in SLPA program or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders

• Strong interest in pediatric speech therapy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Positive, growth-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays

• Previous clinic-based experience

• Bilingual (preferred, not required)

• Scheduled Hours: 20-30 hours per week, between 9am-5:30pm
