Overview You will optimize sales with our customers focusing on maximizing in‑store visibility of our products. You will deliver your field KPIs and annual objectives. How you will contribute Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez visit method. Manage quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelez IMPULSE products (gum, candy) in checkout and store locations dedicated to impulse products. Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives to fill in checkouts and ensure competition complies. Inform the sales representative and store employee of issues. Occasionally fill seasonal shelf and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in store. Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in‑store service. Optimize seasonal sales and support seasonal campaign implementation in store visibility. Represent Mondelēz International to in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility. What you will bring Good interpersonal skills. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines. Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Who is a good fit? At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. High school diploma or GED preferred. Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed). Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Lives within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Dedham, MA.
