- Ability to float between units and across multiple San Diego facilities based on patient care needs
- Comfort working in lower-acuity areas when assigned based on facility needs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
- Willingness to work scheduled nights and weekends
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care under the direction of the nursing and clinical team
- Assist with activities of daily living, comfort measures, and basic patient care tasks
- Support safe, efficient care delivery in a busy hospital environment
- Float between units and facilities as needed to meet patient care demands
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered care area
- Communicate clearly with team members to promote high-quality care and smooth workflow
