Full-Time Registered Nurse (Rn) For Home Health Clinical Director Position

We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Clinical Director position. This role is also commonly called the Director of Patient Services in many home health agencies.

The Clinical Director oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the home health department and helps ensure quality patient care, compliance, and staff support.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• At least 2 years of current or recent home health experience
• Experience treating Medicare patients in the home setting
• Strong OASIS documentation skills
• Management experience in any healthcare setting
• Experience with Homecare Homebase software preferred
