Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Waterford, MI by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate regional solo CDL-A dry van runs from Waterford, MI across Midwest lanes. HMD Trucking provides consistent home‑weekly schedules, transparent mileage pay and modern equipment for safer, more comfortable routes.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate dry‑van tractor‑trailers on regional assignments and routes.
• Perform pre/post‑trip inspections, secure cargo and maintain precise logs.
• Liaise with dispatch to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL‑A with a minimum of 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record and adherence to DOT regulations.

Pay is $0.70 cents per mile, plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus, weekly home time, benefits, extra bonuses and access to a 500+ truck fleet.
