We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our employee‑owned team in Glenwood Community in Marietta, OH. Responsibilities Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs. Supervise occupational therapist assistants to ensure effective treatment. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life‑changing outcomes for patients. Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program. Valid OH state license. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required.
