Duties And Responsibilities Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service. Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify opportunities to refer bank products through needs-based conversations. Resolve customer inquiries using problem-solving skills while adhering to the bank procedures. Desired Qualifications Previous teller or cash-handling experience preferred but not required. Comfortable assisting customers while maintaining a professional demeanor. Experience and enthusiasm for customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening proficiency. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
