• Shift / Schedule: Day Shift (5x8 Hours), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary

This is a Travel/Contract Operating Room RN position at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Hobbs, NM. The position features a reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) of 0 hours versus the standard 40-hour NBO, and all orientation hours are billable for preferred profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Participate in on-call rotation: 1-2 call days per weekday and 1-2 weekends per month (call days are divided equally among circulators)
• Apply knowledge and skills across Ortho, general, gynecology, and podiatry surgical specialties
• Function as a circulator within the OR team

Required Skills

• Knowledge and skills in Ortho, general, gynecology, and podiatry surgical procedures
• Operating Room circulator experience
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as required

Education Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Required Experience

• Travel nursing experience in the Operating Room required (per position designation: TRAVEL EXP OR RN)
