NOW HIRING: Weekend Maintenance Technician / Mender

Mend Partners is looking for a dependable Weekend Maintenance Technician to help service short-term rental & residential properties throughout the Nashville area.

This position is specifically focused on weekend coverage & is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a fast-paced, growing company with the potential to take on additional hours & grow into a larger role over time.

Job Responsibilities:
• General maintenance & repair work
• Basic plumbing, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, fixture installs, etc.
• Troubleshooting maintenance issues in the field
• Communicating updates, photos, & notes through our systems
• Maintaining professionalism in guest-occupied homes

Requirements:
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Basic tools
• Maintenance/handyman experience preferred
• HVAC certified preferred, but not required
• Strong communication & time management skills
• Ability to work independently & problem solve
• Positive attitude & team mentality
