Field Lead AV & Control Installer for Luxury Homes

Thecoteam is seeking a hands-on construction professional to work on luxury home projects in our area. This full-time role requires field work, climbing ladders, and using power and hand tools, with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork. Typical hours are Mon-Fri, 7:45am-4:30pm (40 hours/week). An on-call rotation is required (3 weeks/year), with on-call weeks being 24/7 and on-site within 2 hours.
