Assistant Project Manager

One of Insight Global’s major clients is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Support Specialist to support project reporting, drive operational excellence, and contribute to organizational growth through process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will support PMO functions, assist with program roadmap development, manage project reporting activities, and help create scalable processes that improve efficiency across the organization. Daily responsibilities include: Develop, manage, and maintain program roadmaps, project portfolios, and executive-level reporting. Support the planning, execution, and closure of cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and support timely resolution of issues. Manage and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables using Jira, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools. Qualifications: Experience supporting project and program management activities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
