Call: Yes

· Every 3 rd weeknight

· Every 4 th weekend

·30min response time

Case Types:

General, Ortho, OB/GYN , Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts or spines

·350 deliveries a year

· Providers must have OB cases in the past 12 months

· Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals and blocks

Ages of patients? adults and healthy peds

Anesthesia Model: CRNA only

Pay Rate: $225

T&L: Yes

REQUIRED: 10 C-section spinals / 10 epidurals in the past 2 years ( ortho, etc. spinals do not count towards this; they have to be specific to OB cases ). 15 C-section spinals/ 15 epidurals in the last 3 years ( ortho, etc. spinals do not count towards this; they have to be specific to OB )
