Business Development Manager – AI / Cloud Solutions Pennsylvania , New Jersey , Connecticut , Massachusetts , Virginia , New York , Michigan Responsibilities: Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America. Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals. Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social). Partner with Sales leadership to close deals. Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 30% of the time). What You Need to Succeed: 2–5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments. Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently. Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients. Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable. Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision. Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
