Production Supervisor, Model Y, General Assembly

What To Expect As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role on the Production team, leading a team of Associates and Leads to manage operations and drive key manufacturing metrics. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, NPI, and Material Flow to meet production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the manufacturing floor. This role requires a hands‑on leadership approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
