Quality TechnicianCharlotte, MI Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $25.00 - 25.00What You'll Do:• Minimum 2–3 years related Quality Manufacturing experience. • Knowledge of/ability to acquire a thorough understanding of customer expectations and regulatory requirements. • Ability to read relevant measuring equipment. • Provide appropriate feedback and documentation of any defects. • Able to read and understand Engineering documents such as part prints and assembly drawings. • Demonstrate accuracy in inspections and documentation, with minimal errors. • Posses strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Be willing to: • Learn and rotate within all quality areas. • Participate in activities that support professional development and continuous improvement. • Develop a working knowledge of company's systems. • Able to work overtime on short notice.Why Aebi Schmidt Group?Our people are our greatest asset, and your success is our success!
