Billing Manager

Billing Manager Compensation: $95k-$105k annually Location: Waukesha Area Make an Impact We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Manager to help ensure accurate, timely billing while delivering outstanding service to both customers and internal teams. What You'll Do Review supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy Generate and process customer invoices in a timely manner Reconcile payments, account balances, and billing records Research and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal departments Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collection follow-up as directed Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation Prepare reports and documentation for month-end and audit activities Process customer orders, quotations, and related administrative paperwork Provide administrative support across multiple business functions Cross-train to provide operational support as business needs require What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounting, customer service, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and business software systems A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the broader team Why You'll Succeed You enjoy identifying and resolving problems You communicate professionally with customers and coworkers You take ownership of your work and follow through You thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality You continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency Working Environment Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to operational or industrial environments Schedule flexibility may occasionally be required based on business needs Occasional travel between company locations may be required Physical Requirements This position requires extended periods of sitting with occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be able to analyze information, make sound decisions, communicate effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
