Make a positive impact on students’ lives by providing essential behavioral support services in a school setting as a BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a full-time, contract basis. Work collaboratively with educators and staff in a supportive environment focused on improving the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) outcomes for students with disabilities (SWD). Your expertise will help foster student independence and success, playing a crucial role in their educational journey.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Previous experience working within a school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessments and interventions
• Knowledge of LRE concepts and dedication to promoting inclusive education for SWD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral intervention and support for students with disabilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Educate and train school staff on behavioral strategies and LRE best practices
• Help navigate and address challenges that students may face in achieving their Least Restrictive Environment goals
