Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role provides essential administrative support to our field operations and management staff, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across domestic and international projects. job duties and responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to field operations team members to ensure efficient project execution and day-to-day operations. Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary management. Assist with visit requests and base access requirements in coordination with Project Managers and the Facility Security Officer (FSO). Monitor and ensure the accurate and timely completion, submission, and approval of employee timesheets. Prepare, review, and reconcile employee expense reports in accordance with company policies. Attend management meetings, record meeting minutes, track action items, and facilitate timely follow-up on assigned tasks. Coordinate and schedule meetings, and prepare professional memos, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives assigned by management.
