Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid In-Clinic

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for qualified LBAs for a limited time! Based on start date and location Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! Up to 2 WFH days each week available. Two brand new incentives for full-time BCBAs! Student loan repayment and a fully paid 3 week Sabbatical! What You’ll Be Doing Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices What You’ll Bring Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence. Full-Time BCBA Benefits Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below) Generous Sign-On Bonus - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs! Based on start date and location Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans! 3 week Paid Sabbatical!
