Pride Health is hiring a Hospital Supply / Inventory Coordinator to support our client's healthcare facility in Hartford, CT 06102.

Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location:  Hartford, CT 06102
Job Type: W2 Contract
Contract Length: 3 Months
Pay Range: $18.54 to $19.74/hour*

Job Summary:
The Hospital Supply/Inventory Associate is responsible for supporting daily inventory and supply operations within the hospital. This role involves picking and preparing supply orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing supplies, and ensuring departments receive the materials they need in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital departments.
• Retrieve, organize, and distribute inventory and medical supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies.
• Check items for accuracy and ensure orders are complete.
• Communicate with hospital staff regarding supply requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
• Follow hospital procedures for handling and distributing supplies.
• Perform other inventory and supply-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or order-picking experience preferred.
• Healthcare/hospital supply experience is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
