CNA Instructor

CNA InstructorWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor to join our team in New Jersey. As a CNA Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating and training the next generation of CNAs who will provide exceptional care to our residents. You will facilitate a positive and supportive learning environment while ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility standards.Responsibilities:Provide instruction in both classroom and clinical settings, covering topics such as patient care, infection control, safety procedures, and communication skills.Prepare and maintain instructional materials, including lesson plans, tests, and assessments.Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.Ensure that all training programs comply with state and federal guidelines and regulations.Collaborate with the facility's leadership team to ensure students gain practical experience and understanding of long-term care settings.Stay current with industry best practices and changes in healthcare regulations.Assist students with clinical placements and facilitate their hands-on training at the facility.Qualifications:Must hold a current and valid CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.Must experience working as a CNA, with hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.Teaching or instructional experience is preferred.Must hold or be willing to obtain CNA Instructor certification, as required by state regulations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to foster a positive and motivating learning environment.If you are passionate about teaching and mentoring future CNAs and want to contribute to providing excellent care for our residents, we would love to hear from you!
