Marcella’s Doughnuts & Bakery
Pay: $15–$16 per hour, plus tips (recently averaged approximately $5 per hour)
Morning Shift: 5:30AM-1PM
Position: Full-time
Position Summary
The Front-of-House Lead / Cashier is a hands-on keyholder responsible for independently operating the front of the bakery during assigned shifts. This person serves customers, operates the register, manages pickup and delivery orders, stocks displays, maintains cleanliness, and handles routine customer concerns.
Most shifts may be worked independently. When a second cashier is scheduled, the Front-of-House Lead provides direction and ensures that all shift responsibilities are completed. This is not a traditional office or management position—the Lead works directly alongside the team and performs all regular cashier responsibilities. This position will also assist with decorating and finishing doughnuts as needed, including icing, filling, topping, and packaging products according to Marcella’s quality standards. Training will be provided.
