Media Sales Planner

Fuse Media is looking for an experienced Sales Planner to join a dynamic sales team in developing customized plans and presentations for Ad Sales clients.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a fast-growing business with future growth opportunities. This position reports to the Manager of Pricing & Planning and is based in our New York office. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Create and manage national sales proposals for Linear and CTV Work with Digital Ad Ops team on CTV campaign set-up and maintenance Provide CTV campaign reporting and linear post-buy analysis to clients Obtain, organize and analyze research and competitive information Monitor stewardship of all accounts and allocate under delivery packages as needed Manage integrated marketing executions and provide recap for both agency and clients Collaborate with and help mentor Sales Associates Prospect new business leads Support planning management and NY Sales staff with projects and ad hoc reporting QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years of experience working at media sales company, or advertising agency preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and hands-on experience Strong understanding of media math Experience using Wide Orbit software a plus Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms to support research, reporting, presentations, and workflow efficiency. Ability to use AI to summarize campaign performance, client briefs, RFPs and sales materials. Proficient in Excel, Power Point & Word Highly organized and detail oriented to manage multiple accounts Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Familiar with research products such as Comscore and VideoAmp Team oriented with the ability to work independently Possess a passion for media and all things pop culture SALARY RANGE $60,000- $67,000 per year (DOE) ABOUT US We’re a Latino-owned modern media company, leaders in curating entertainment, networks, and multicultural communities.
