SCHEDULE

Full‑Time 40 Hours per Week 4‑Day and 5‑Day Options Monday to Friday No Weekends No Holidays No Evenings No On‑Call

COMPENSATION

• 450,000 to $750,000+ Annual Compensation
• 250,000 to $350,000+ Base Salary

COMPANY PROFILE

This physician‑owned‑and‑led private practice opened in 2015 and offers a full scope of vein disease services in a comfortable, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being owned and operated entirely by board certified physicians, their offices offer providers the day‑to‑day autonomy of working in a private practice setting, while receiving the support of a larger infrastructure. With a talented team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, they operate nearly 50 offices in 6 states and are excited to expand with this new location.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Physicians see an average of 25 patients per day with the support of an on‑site sonographer and fully‑trained medical assistants, who also assist with charting and documentation. Specific duties of the role include: radiofrequency ablation laser ablation sclerotherapy VenaSeal ClariVein consultations follow‑up visits Conditions seen: restless leg syndrome venous insufficiency leg swelling / heaviness varicose veins spider veins Practice technology The practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all‑digital environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

Tennessee medical license DEA Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field Ability to complete a paid training program in New York City
