Job Description Position: Credit Officer II – HENFP Banking Group Location: Washington, DC; Baltimore, MD; Melville, NY; New York, NY. Shift: 1st shift. Hours: 40 per week. Responsibilities Provide capital structure solutions. Build relationships with existing and prospective clients. Manage the credit process for a portfolio of clients. Negotiate credit documentation. Lead the credit and risk approval processes. Mentor and support associates. Experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management. Analytical/technical skills including financial accounting, modeling, and loan structuring. Strong communication skills; ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally. Industry knowledge across multiple sectors. Education Minimum: BA/BS degree.
