We're looking for an organized, motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department through coordination, research, organization, and administrative execution. __________________________ Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the marketing department by helping organize marketing initiatives, maintain company assets and records, coordinate events, conduct research, and ensure projects stay on schedule. This role works closely with the Marketing Director to execute initiatives that strengthen Legacy's brand, support business development, and promote company growth. This position is primarily office-based but requires occasional travel to job sites, company events, and other marketing-related activities as needed. __________________________ Key Responsibilities Schedule and publish approved content across company media platforms. Maintain project databases, marketing records, and supporting documentation. Organize and maintain photo, video, and brand asset libraries. Assist with website updates, blog publishing, and content uploads as directed. Support event planning, sponsorship coordination, and community involvement initiatives. Maintain company event calendars while identifying networking, educational, and industry opportunities. Coordinate event registrations, sponsorships, travel arrangements, and attendance logistics. Assist with awards submissions, recognition programs, and public relations opportunities. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership review. Conduct competitor research, market research, and industry trend monitoring. Maintain vendor records, marketing budgets, department workflows, and marketing databases. Coordinate branded materials, promotional items, signage, and event collateral. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and department initiatives as directed. __________________________ Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, or Adobe Express. Experience scheduling and managing content through Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar platforms. Ability to perform basic photo editing, image resizing, and simple video editing for marketing purposes. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. __________________________ Preferred Qualifications Previous marketing, communications, administrative, or project coordination experience. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Business Profile, and website content management. Basic photography experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras. Experience working in the construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate industries is a plus. __________________________ Travel Requirements Primarily based in our Slidell office. Local travel to active job sites, company events, networking functions, and community initiatives is required as needed. Occasional travel throughout southeast Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast may be required.
