About Role As a Technical UX Designer, you will lead end-to-end experience design for extended reality (XR) products, building high-fidelity, production-informed prototypes directly in Unity. This is not a conceptual design role; you will create functional Unity experiences that validate decisions early and influence shipped products. You will design XR systems holistically, mapping full customer journeys across interactions, handoffs, and system states. Working closely with engineering and research, you will translate interaction models into real-time spatial behaviors, ensuring usability, reliability, and comfort in immersive environments. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Design, AR/VR, with a strong emphasis on systems thinking, AI-assisted coding, and scalable design foundations.
