Senior Contract Analyst

Senior Contract Analyst – Neuroscience Therapeutic Area Location: Titusville, New Jersey (remote option may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis). Key Responsibilities Process all contract requests and ensure all Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements are met. Establish relationships with business partners and provide training support. Enter contract requests into eMarketPlace (eMP) / CMx system. Create and support vendor enrollment in APEX. Initiate, complete and track status of Totality/Request Navigator transactions and obtain HCC approval. Close out activities when contracts are complete and provide metrics on contracts processed and cycle times. Maintain contractual compliance and escalated issues to the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area Associate Director of Contract Management. Monitor PO funding, contract renewal dates and troubleshoot accounts payable processes. Update the Neuroscience TA Contract Management System (NTCMS) in SharePoint and ensure fields are current with corresponding contracting systems. Create check requisitions in the ARIBA system as required. Represent the Neuroscience TA in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives as needed. Manage the aCREW process requirements. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with ARIBA, APEX, Totality, Request Navigator, SharePoint and MS Office. Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to engage all levels of the organization. Proven ability to develop strong business relationships with clients and vendors, and manage budgets. Works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with company guidelines.
