CGP: Audit TEMP

We are partnering with our client for a temporary audit consultant. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $65 to $75 per hour.
Responsibilities:- Record adjustments related to ASC 842 using Lease Query.
- Support the team during the year-end closing process as needed.
- Reconcile financial statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in providing sample testing items requested by auditors.
- Prepare year-end reporting materials, including presentation slides for QBR.
- Address ad-hoc requests from the accounting team to aid in the year-end closing and auditing process.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in private and/or public accounting, or a combination that qualifies for a Senior Accountant role.
- Familiarity with GAAP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-directed work approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels, including management and external auditors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
